1-1 Personal training & Buddy sessions
1–1 Personal Training
Maximum support. Fully personalised.
This is coaching designed entirely around you. Your programme, your pace, your goals. We focus on technique, the right weights, progression, and accountability every session. Ideal if you want full guidance, are new to training, returning after a break, or have specific goals.
Buddy Personal Training
Personal training, shared with someone you know.
Train with a friend, partner, or family member while still following a structured, coached programme. You get individual attention and progression, but with the comfort, motivation, and fun of training together.
Group Personal Training
Group Personal Training
(Max 4 people)
Coached training with structure, in a small group setting.
This isn’t a big class. With a maximum of 4 people, you still get proffesional coaching, help with weights, and attention to your form, while following a structured programme. It’s perfect if you want guidance and progression, but enjoy the energy and motivation of training with others.

Classes are designed to boost fitness, burn calories, and build confidence in a motivating group environment. Less individual coaching, more movement, energy, and variety! just turn up, work hard, and leave feeling amazing.

Gym membership gives you access to The Exercise Hub so you can train independently in a welcoming, non-intimidating space. Ideal if you’re confident following your own workouts, enjoy training solo, or want flexibility around your routine.
You’ll have use of our strength and cardio equipment to build fitness, get stronger, and work towards your goals at your own pace.
It’s your time, your plan, your session, but you’re still part of the Hub community.
Perfect alongside classes or personal training if you want extra sessions during the week.
