Our Buddy Sessions are perfect if you prefer to train with a friend, partner, or even your Child (14+). Designed for just two people, these sessions allow you to enjoy the motivation and support of working out together while still receiving personalised guidance from a qualified trainer. Each session is tailored to suit both participants’ goals and fitness levels, ensuring you both get the most out of your time. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve fitness, or enjoy a fun, shared experience, Buddy Sessions make training effective, enjoyable, and motivating. Why choose Buddy Training? Cancellation Policy
Personal training sessions will be held on a day and time that you and your trainer are happy with. once you are booked in you will need to give 48 hours notice of a cancellation or you will still be charged the full price. If you cancel 3 sessions in a row, your space will be no longer be available for you, and you will need to speak to your trainer about booking a time slot or cancelling all future sessions.
