Service Description
Perfect to kick start or progress your fitness journey. You will be able to choose how many sessions you would like per week. Each session will be one hour. we do recommend at least 1/2 sessions per week, and commitment to exercise at home or in the gym outside of your 1-1 session (guidance will be given) to give the best results.


Cancellation Policy
Personal training sessions will be held on a day and time that you and your trainer are happy with. once you are booked in you will need to give 48 hours notice of a cancellation or you will still be charged the full price. If you cancel 3 sessions in a row, your space will be no longer be available for you, and you will need to speak to your trainer about booking a time slot or cancelling all future sessions.
